Bailee attended the most comprehensive on-site program of Holistic Nutrition in Canada, completing a 3 year intensive Diploma of Holistic Nutrition at Pacific Rim College in Victoria BC in 2016. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners, registered as a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. Bailee has also furthered her education with an 8 month Eating Psychology Coach Certification through the world renowned, Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Along with practicing at Mandala in the Westshore, she also practices in downtown Victoria.
After years of navigating her way through a wide range of her own health obstacles including food sensitivities, skin problems, poor digestion, hormone imbalance, depression and anxiety, chronic pain, and a broken relationship with food and body, Bailee found herself inspired to dig deeper into the understanding of what it truly means to be healthy - body mind and soul - and how to get there. When she arrived at the place where she began to view her own suffering as an invitation for growth and transformation, the entire course of her life changed along with my definition of health and healing. After many years on a bumpy yet rewarding journey of self discovery, the healer in Bailee emerged and she chose to dedicate her career path to using her own experiences and the wellness knowledge to help others transform their lives and achieve the health they desire.
Bailee's practice is based on the belief that every individual is uniquely different, and in order for optimal healthcare this must be acknowledged, respected, and considered in its entirety when creating any treatment plan. Her focus as a Holistic Practitioner encompasses treating the whole person- the continuous and harmonious flow of body, mind, and spirit as one. She believes this holistic approach to healing and wellness is essential to achieving optimal health that is long term, and sustainable. Bailee has a special focus on providing nutritional support for mental health including depression and anxiety, while also helping her clients cultivate a more natural and stress free relationship with food and body.
