Holistic Nutrition combines scientifically proven Western Diet Therapy with tried and true ancient medical systems such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Herbal Medicine. We look at the big picture when it comes to your health, and we do this by understanding the interconnected relationship between all aspects of your being. This may include an assessment of not only what we eat and how that is serving us, but while also taking into consideration our lifestyle, mental and emotional health, personal story, and unique mind-body constitution.
Centered around treating the body as a whole, this approach to your health is focused on root cause resolution rather than solely treating symptoms. As your practitioner helps you connect with your own body wisdom and intuition around food and body to understand your symptoms in a deeper way, you can begin to set the groundwork for real and lasting transformation that is long term, enjoyable, and sustainable. With a focus on biochemical individuality, meaning there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to eating, each individual receives a unique and personalized approach to achieving wellness.
As a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Bailee uses both Holistic Nutrition and Nutritional Psychology to help you uncover the root cause of what is holding you back from feeling your like your greatest self. She believes in educating and empowering others to regain control of their health story by helping them relate with healthy eating and living in a more natural, stress free way. With a special focus on providing nutritional support for mental health including depression and anxiety, Bailee also enjoys helping clients cultivate a more enjoyable relationship with food and body.

What to expect on your first visit:
The Initial Consultation provides us with enough time to dive deep into your health history, present concerns, and future goals. By really getting to know you as a unique individual, I am best able to guide you in the most beneficial direction. Towards the end of our consultation, I will discuss with you my nutritional recommendations and the reasons why they are most likely to positively affect your health and well being. There will be ample time for questions and I truly believe that the more intimately you know and understand your own health, the more empowered you will feel going forward. A treatment plan uniquely suited to your needs will be created, and you can expect your wellness package via email by the following day.

Meal plans aren't for everyone, but can be a great source of guidance for those desiring a more structured approach to food based nourishment. A supplemental service to the Initial Consultation, a personalized custom meal plan can be created for your individual needs upon request. Included you will receive 7/14/or 21 days worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas. Each recipe is chosen to suit your unique dietary and nutritional needs. Included you will also find a grocery list for the entire week(s), as well as 'how to' meal prep guides if needed. With visually beautiful recipe layouts, this meal plan package comes with everything you need to start implementing a healthy whole foods nourishment routine with both ease and excitement, and I will be walking you through every step of the way from grocery shopping, to meal prepping, and cooking. * please note that this service can be packaged with the initial consult, or at any time after an initial consult has been done.
