Jacqueline's personal journey into alternative medicine began over 20 years ago when she herself was a patient. She continues to be inspired by the amazing healing acupuncture can bring to a person's life. She loves working with patients to determine the best treatment for their personal needs and enjoys applying different techniques in conjunction with acupuncture, whether it be cupping, gua sha, ear seeds, or reiki.
As a former 911 operator, Jacqueline has a great respect for the varying effects that stress can have on our bodies. She knows the importance of treating not only the body, but giving the mind a safe and calming space to heal as well.
Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide range of health disharmonies and Jacqueline would love to help you find peace and balance within your body. Although she operates a general practice, she has a professional interest in the following areas:
**Stress Management and Sleep**
**Skin Conditions **
**Abdominal Issues and Digestion**
Jacqueline is a registered acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA) and a summa cum laude graduate of Pacific Rim College. She received her Level 2 Reiki Practitioner certificate from Sister Eileen Curteis at Queenswood Holistic Healing and Spirituality Society in 2007. She also holds a B.Sc. in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Victoria
