What is Massage Therapy?Massage therapy is a hands on, effective and natural choice for managing acute and chronic conditions, injury prevention, and providing relaxation. Therapeutically, massage has been found to positively affect circulation and the psychological well being of patients. It can noticeably reduce the effects of stress, realign joints, reduce muscle tension and improve the recovery time needed after physical activity. Massage therapy is beneficial for everyone, including the elderly, infants and children, pregnant women and post-operative patients.

What does it treat? |
Massage therapy is successful in resolving many acute and chronic conditions such as arthritis, headaches, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, neck injuries, sprains/strains, and many more. Massage therapy is also remarkably effective when used as part of a preventive care program. Some examples of general wellness care include pre or post-natal care (pregnancy), stress management, sports training, and injury prevention.
