Cara graduated the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004.
She works with people of all ages and abilities; and she enjoys the variety that this brings to her practice. Listening to patients stories in an effort to understand their unique situations, expectations and goals are at the heart of Cara’s patient centred practice. Her treatments are rooted in best practices, based on current evidence, and use a myriad of techniques to help patients reach their goals. In addition to her being a RMT at Mandala, she has worked as a Massage Therapist for the National Senior Women’s Rugby 7’s Team since 2013. Cara is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of BC. Outside of work you can find her camping and, exploring the island with her family, mountain bike riding, hiking in the woods, or on one of the many tennis courts around Victoria! |
